Originally trained as a lawyer who advised the Indonesian government on intellectual property development, Helianti was also a rural economic development consultant for international development organizations.   • Responsibilities for achieve sales target and improve team;
  • Responsible on the day to day operation of store and resto;
  • Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers & responding to customer inquiries and complaints;
  • Manage store and resto employees with their work;
  • Check products before the opening and closing of the store resto;
  • Managing commercial and operational aspects in store and resto to achieve sales target;
  • Completes store and resto operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees;
  • Protecs employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store resto enviroment
  • Age 35 – 40 years old;
  • Candidat must at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree, from any major;
  • Having experience minimum 3 – 5 years, in Supervisor of Managerial role;
  • Willing to work under shifting schedule including weekend and public holiday (6 days work, 1 day off);
  • Good communication in English;
  • Strong leadership, communication skills and ability maintaining team;
  • Interested in food organic;
