Prior to JAVARA, Helianti founded a number of social enterprises in Indonesia. Her signature brand, JAVARA, is one of Indonesia’s leading purveyors of artisanal products. Originally trained as a lawyer who advised the Indonesian government on intellectual property development, Helianti was also a rural economic development consultant for international development organizations. Inspired by the wealth of Indonesia’s biodiversity and the dedication of the indigenous farmers, Helianti brings her passion for community-based business and expertise in agribusiness to grow her social enterprise to the next level.

Job Description
  • Mencari customer baru, menambah account baru, melakukan penjualan, menjalin hubungan baik dengan customer existing, memberikan informasi mengenai produk, promosi dan perusahaan.
  • Mengontrol customer existing dan menambah SKU customer existing serta menambah volume penjualan.
  • Bertanggung jawab terhadap team sales untuk mencapai target penjualan.
  • Membuat plan dan review terhadap coverage plan di area kerjanya.
  • Melakukan analisa terhadap laporan, target dan perfoma sales.
Requirements
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan.
  • Memiliki keahlian analisis, negoisasi dan penjualan.
  • Memiliki kendaraan motor, Sim C
  • Berpengalaman di Supervisor Sales selama 3 tahun, lebih diutamakan di bidang retail/food industry.
  • Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik, terbiasa dengan target, mobilitas tinggi, dapat berkerja mandiri maupun dengan tim.
  • Menguasai area Jabodetabek.
  • Mampu berbahasa Inggris.
