Prior to JAVARA, Helianti founded a number of social enterprises in Indonesia. Her signature brand, JAVARA, is one of Indonesia’s leading purveyors of artisanal products. Originally trained as a lawyer who advised the Indonesian government on intellectual property development, Helianti was also a rural economic development consultant for international development organizations. Inspired by the wealth of Indonesia’s biodiversity and the dedication of the indigenous farmers, Helianti brings her passion for community-based business and expertise in agribusiness to grow her social enterprise to the next level.

Responsibilities :
1. create idea and  implementation of marketing strategies
2. manage product annual strategy, short and mid term, positioning, marketing activities and budgeting.
3. price positioning, stock of inventory and chanel monitoring to achieve sales target.
4. analyze market and take short or long term action.
5. build the brand image and position of the products so that it can selling points and have differentiation from target market product management teams and sales team to make products succesfull in the market.
6. coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns.
7. conduct marketing reserch to indentify opportunities to promotion and growth.
8. create, develop and implement brand development strategies.
9. lead and execute market srategy for lifestyle product that will increase customer demand, sales and brad image.
 
Requirements :
1. bachelor degree/master degree in any field, preferably from marketing/business.
2. minimum 3 years working experiences as Product Marketing, preferably from food industry/retail.
3. understands market research, product, sales and market integration.
4.understanding how to position a product within a competitive market and understanding trading terms in retail market.
5. excellent in communication and presentation skill.
6. experience in working with data and able to think creatively.
7. experience in developing marketing product in dealing with customers.
8. has strong analytical expertise and enthusiasm to carry out data based marketing analysis.
9. fluent in English, both written and speaking.
