Job Description                      
  • With the use of provided technology, scan and monitor Online Mass Media, Forum, and Social Media for news items on behalf of company clients.
  • Determine trend and other analysis of "mentions" of clients and their products in the media
  • Liaise with third party to monitoring news in newspapers, television, and radio
  • Conduct a system wide status check twice daily (morning & evening) and report results to Project Manager
  • Compose and prepare periodic reports for clients about their media occurrences
  • Ensuring clients receive reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Identify communications solutions for clients given review of their results
  • Provide alerts to supervisors of potential crisis that may be occurring on the media landscape pertaining to clients
  • Actively monitor trends in the media for various industries
  • Bachelor degree in Communications / Marketing
  • Have a strong  mindset in analytical and predictive    
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Work experience in media and marketing is desirable
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, establish priorities, and organize / handle a variety of projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrate general knowledge and use of Google Platform and Microsoft Excel
