Min 8 tahun (CEO/GM/Direktur/Manajer Senior)
Job Requirements:
A. Education:
Minimum bachelor’s degree majoring in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or equivalent
B. Professional Experiences:
Relevant exposure in managerial level, minimum 4 years experiences as a Human Resources
C. Competencies    :     
-In depth knowledge of HR Business Process & Implementation
-In depth knowledge of Indonesian labor regulation in Indonesia
-Strong leadership Skills, Ability to Manage Team
-Excellent communication skills
-English Language Proficiency (Proficiency in Mandarin Language will be a plus)
-Ability to provide feedback effectively
-Critical thinker and a good analytical thinker
-Type of person who is creative, a people person, decisive, has strong problem solving skills, assertive, honest, has high level of integrity, attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:
1.Managing the HR Team to ensure that the company's HR needs are met.
2.Prepare the annual budget proposal and human development program.
3.Monitor the recruitment process based on the company needs.
4.Ensuring that salary for new employees is within the company's salary budget and range.
5.Providing advice to the company in accordance with legal and labor requirements including new regulations from the government.
6.Ensure payroll process compliance with the regulations from the government.
7.Ensure employee compensation and benefit are updated.
8Ensure employee data for health insurance, BPJS Kejahatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan are updated.
9.Ensuring all expatriate data is valid and up to date.
10.Develop performance management program including KPI setting and yearly evaluation for the whole team.
11.Facilitate all employees with hard skills and soft skills training according to their needs.
