Position HR GA Administrative Assistant

Pondok Lensa is a growing photography and videography rental company. We are currently looking for a highly commited and dedicated HR GA Administrative Assistant for immediate placement in Bali.
 
A reliable HR GA Administrative Assistant is important to ensure smooth running of the Human Resources Department and help all working team to work smoothly.
 
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and ensure all employee administration data (such as employee personal data, employee contract, etc) in always up to date, accurate, and neatly filed
  • Accurately and timely handle employee attendance (absence, overtime, leaves), monthly payroll processes, debt, BPJS health, BPJS manpower, employee tax, etc
  • Accurately and timely handle employee monthly KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
  • Assist in employee recruitment, on-boarding process, review of employee-on-training, and resignation process
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal team and/ or external stakeholders regarding company's HR & General Affairs activities, policies and procedures
  •  Continuously improve and implement policies & procedures related to company's HR & General Affairs
  • Other clerical/ administrative support to Management and Operations
 
Qualifications:
  • Age minimum 25 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least bachelor in Psychology/ Human Resources/ Administrative/ Management/ or equivalent
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Human Resources or related field
  • Strong understanding in basic Human Resources standards and administrative skills
  • Excellence interpersonal skills (written and oral)
  • Required skill(s) : punctual, highly responsible, accurate, assertive communication, good writing skill
  • Being able to meet deadlines and routine procedures, high quality work by result
  • Assertive with a pleasant, mature, and "can do" attitude and able to work independently as well as be a team player
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and general computer skills
  • Good Knowledge in Basic English (writing and verbal)
  • Full time position, office hours (Monday – Friday)
  • Placement immediately in Bali (Kuta/ Seminyak area)
