Position CCOD Development Specialist

Job Purpose:
To monitor, audit, and improve logistics activities in CCODs and SPs in order to achieve KPI target e.g. POSA, Case Fill Rate, stock compliance, and related to good warehousing practices including to improve CCOD/SP personnel capabilities thru training and coaching
 

Job Description:
  • To ensure distributor delivery compliance in regards of order quantity, quality and administration
  •  To review dispatching flow and revise if any wrong adjustment daily base by Distributor
  • To ensure the Deliveryman understand the reason code for cancellation outlet
  • To ensure deliveryman and helper run safety standard
  • To review layout warehouse to minimize unnecessary movement in warehouse
  • To review warehouse capacity toward sales volume to meet standard stock days cover
  • To ensure product stock as per standard days cover
  • To ensure flow of product check-out based on FEFO regulation
  • To conduct product stock count periodically in distributor
  • To ensure unsalable product moved to quarantine area
  • To support and control order replenish product
Job Qualification:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring Logistics/Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Management from reputable university
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Distribution, Logistics/Supply Chain in FMCG company
  • Certified Logistics & Supply Chain Professional (preferable)

  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, ERP/DMS)
